I have a temp role starting immediately working for a branch of the NHS supporting the business manager. They can offer some flexibility with hybrid working, however there will be a meeting in Hayle once a month that will need attending along with some ad hoc meetings.
Role
Working closely with GPs and practice teams to manage caseloads of patients and acting as a central point on contact to ensure that support is there for them and their carers
Reviewing patients needs and helping them access support services to manage their own health and wellbeing or directing them to health and wellbeing coaches or other professionals
Helping and booking patients into educations courses
Personalising care and support plans
Skills
Experience from having worked an in NHS setting would be desirable but not essential
Minimum of 2-3 Years administrative experience
Previous experience in a similar administrative or clerical role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to take accurate and detailed minutes.
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to committee operations
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
