​Are you an experience administrator/PA who has experience in project support we would love to hear from you!

I have a temp role starting immediately working for a branch of the NHS supporting the business manager. They can offer some flexibility with hybrid working, however there will be a meeting in Hayle once a month that will need attending along with some ad hoc meetings.

Role

  • Working closely with GPs and practice teams to manage caseloads of patients and acting as a central point on contact to ensure that support is there for them and their carers

  • Reviewing patients needs and helping them access support services to manage their own health and wellbeing or directing them to health and wellbeing coaches or other professionals

  • Helping and booking patients into educations courses

  • Personalising care and support plans

Skills

  • Experience from having worked an in NHS setting would be desirable but not essential

  • Minimum of 2-3 Years administrative experience

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or clerical role.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to take accurate and detailed minutes.

  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to committee operations

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
