​Are you looking for a part time bookkeeping role? Maybe you are self employed and looking to top up your hours or maybe you are semi retried?

I am working with a client based near Hayle ( you will need your own transport due to their location) who is looking for somebody to join them. They are a small company so there will also be an element of some administrative duties, but the role will be predominantly accounts based getting the accounts up to date on Sage be sent to their accountant.

The role will be starting ideally asap

Please note this role is all office based so you will need to be living in Cornwall and local to Hayle.

Working Hours: 8 hours a week, split over two mornings, flexible on which days.

Pay : £13.00-£14.50 Per an hour

Duties:

  • Bookkeeping

  • Bank reconciliations

  • Purchase and Sales ledger

  • VAT returns ( Small amount)

  • Some admin duties, filing, answering emails and telephone.

Skills

  • Experience using Sage

  • Bookkeeping experience - a minimum of 3-4 years in a similar role

  • Time management with ability to prioritise your own workload

  • High level of computer skills (including all Microsoft applications) and strong IT knowledge

  • Attention to detail

  • Good organisational and communication skills
