​As a Warehouse/Despatch Operative, you will be an integral part of the logistics team.

Your primary responsibilities will include handling and organizing inventory, preparing goods for shipment, and ensuring the efficient and timely despatch of orders.

Please note this is a cold store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, check, and store incoming goods.

  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.

  • Prepare and label products for despatch.

  • Load and unload delivery vehicles.

  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

  • Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.

  • Operate warehouse equipment and machinery safely.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

  • Solid warehouse background with experience in goods handling and despatch.

  • Ideally hold a Counterbalance Forklift ticket (preferred but not essential).

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects.

  • Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.

  • Excellent communication skills.
