​We are currently looking for events staff for the summer!

As an Event and Experience Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring events run smoothly and guests have an unforgettable experience.

Your responsibilities will include serving, engaging with guests, and assisting with tours, making you an essential part of the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and serving of beverages during events. Ensure that all guests are attended to promptly and courteously.

  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Answer any questions they may have and provide information about the event or venue.

  • Guide guests through the facilities, providing informative and engaging tours. Highlight key features and ensure guests have a positive and enjoyable experience.

  • Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure all aspects of the event are executed flawlessly.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Previous experience in hospitality, events, or customer service is a plus.

  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
