​H​ave you recently graduated and looking to start a career in administration, or simply looking to utilize your current skills?

We have a administration position, supporting the finance teams making sure there is a good flow of communication.

Being offered as a temporary to permanent position, so after 12 weeks, you will transfer onto my clients books and be offered a permanent position.

Working Days: Monday - Thursday 08.30 -17.30 and Friday 08.30-13.00

Pay: £26,000 - 28,000 a year (£13.89 -£14.96 an hour depending on experience )

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for the phone, fielding calls and taking messages for the team

  • Diary management

  • Booking in appointments

  • Meeting and greeting clients visiting the office

  • Audio Typing

  • Invoicing

  • Filing, scanning, digitalizing documents and archiving

Key Skills and Personality

  • Good IT skills in Outlook, Excel, Word and Office 365.

  • Excellent customer service and administration skills

  • Experience having worked in a senior administrative position, office manager or PA/EA

  • Great team player, communication skills are key when dealing with customers and other departments.

  • Excellent organisation and time management.

  • Ability to follow internal processes.
