Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join my client. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of their office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires proficiency in various software applications and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

 

Working Days: Monday - Thursday 08.30 -17.30 and Friday 08.30-13.00

Pay: £26,000 per an annum

 

Duties
- Manage daily office operations and meeting and greeting clients visiting the office.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
- Audio Typing
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documents as required.
- Support clerical functions such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.

Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role ( minimum of 3-5 years ).
- Proficiency in all Microsoft packages.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and attention to detail is crucial.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with excellent communications skills when dealing with clients and other departments.
