​We are looking for reliable Factory Assistants to support a busy manufacturing business in the Padstow area from October to January.

Day, evening, and night shifts to suit you, immediate starts, and long-term opportunities available if you get on well.

This role would suit those who have previous factory experience; however, full training is provided.

If successful, you will be part of a fast-paced team, preparing and packing products ready to be shipped for Christmas orders.

What will your day look like?

  • Feeding machines and supporting with light assembly duties.

  • Packing and labelling finished products accurately.

  • Checking products for quality, applying high attention to detail.

  • Ensuring products are matched accurately to their order.

  • Support line leaders with machine operations.

About you:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is preferred.

  • Ability to stand for long periods and handle repetitive tasks.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • A keen eye for detail and a sprinkle of festive cheer.
