​We are seeking Gardeners in the Salcombe area for a property management company responsible for over 235 properties across Cornwall and Devon!

You will support the team across the various sites, helping to maintain each property. Involving general gardening duties; strimming, mowing, and hedge cutting.

Safety boots and work trousers are required. Transportation can be provided if in the local area, so a driving license is not necessary!

Being offered on a temp to perm contract.

Rate:£15.00 per hour

Shifts:

  • 1st March - 1st October:

    Monday to Friday, 07:30 AM to 5:00 PM

  • October - March:

    Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM to 2:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general garden maintenance tasks such as strimming, mowing, and hedge cutting.

  • Ensure gardens and outdoor areas are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing.

  • Use gardening tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety in all work areas.

  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding work progress and any issues.

Requirements:

  • Experience in gardening or grounds maintenance preferred.

  • Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

  • Safety boots and work trousers are mandatory.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
