​Job description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to join an established and reputable firm in the central Truro area.

As an integral part of the team, you will provide a high quality secretarial and administrative service to a busy Commercial Real Estate team, picking up all aspects of non-legal advisory work.

This will include:

· Taking and triaging new enquiries to the team

· Filing

· Billing and credit control

· Assisting with Land Registry applications,

· Diary management

· General secretarial duties

About You:

  • Highly organised, motivated, accurate, proactive and committed to meeting deadlines while remaining calm under pressure.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong focus on providing exceptional support for your team and client care.

  • Solid administrative experience and be used to working in a busy and highly professional driven environment, including being proficient using Word, Excel and Outlook.

  • Previous experience of working in a legal or professional services firm is desirable but not essential.
