My client, a niche manufacturing business in Penryn, is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis.
This role will be 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday on a permanent basis.
Salary will be £23,400 per annum, and this will be an immediate start for the right person.
Due to the fast-paced nature of the business, applicants must have previous experience within a similar sales or logistics admin role. Additionally, Good working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and online booking systems would be essential.
If you're successful, your duties will include:
Prepare customer invoices and shipping documentation to the required standard.
Process orders for shipments from manufacturers.
Build and maintain a strong working relationships with transporters and shipping agencies.
Liaise with production and warehouse departments to co-ordinate product shipments
Provide the highest standards of customer support.
Provide ad hoc support to other members of the team on occasion if required.
