Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join my client based in Camborne. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of their office by providing comprehensive administrative and sales support.

During peak periods during the summer and at Christmas their maybe some additional phone cover which is needed. This will be paid at time and a half and can be done from home.

 

Working Days: Monday - Friday 08.00 -17.00 with a 30 min lunch break

Pay: £26,520 which will be reviewed in April or after 3 months.

 

Duties


- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Processing clients orders via email, online and via the phone
- Dealing with any customer queries on products/ stock levels or faulty items
- Updating customer details on CRM
- Updating customers on any delays on their orders
- Support clerical functions such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents

- Working out metric conversions for products from Mls, pints, gallons, cms, inches and feet

Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role ( minimum of 2-3 ).
- Proficiency in all Microsoft packages.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and attention to detail is crucial.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with excellent communications skills when dealing with customers and other departments.
