​Are you an experienced Driver looking for a new opportunity?

We are currently seeking a dedicated Driver in the Truro area. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and furniture, primarily in Truro and nearby locations.

This role involves heavy lifting, so applicants must be physically fit and able to handle the demands of removals work!

Offering full time hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a 3.5 tonne vehicle to transport goods to various locations.

  • Assist with the loading and unloading of furniture and other items.

  • Ensure all goods are securely strapped and protected during transit.

  • Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and company policies.

  • Provide excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements:

  • Valid driving license.

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the removals industry.

  • Good physical fitness – this role involves heavy lifting.

  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends and overtime as required.
