We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Vehicle Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for automotive repair. As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Main Purpose of Job:
To accurately and skillfully undertake the repair and servicing of motor vehicles, whilst detecting and diagnosing any additional faults for further repair ensuring all work is completed safely and to the customers complete satisfaction.
To work effectively within the dealership team to ensure industry-leading standards of customer care and satisfaction at all times.
Ensure the accurate and timely completion of administration and operational tasks. Strive to achieve a consistently high level of customer satisfaction through outstanding personal and professional conduct.
Develop and maintain professional and positive working relationships with Company colleagues, customers, suppliers and external representatives, where appropriate.
Deal with all customers and visitors promptly, courteously, and professionally. Ensure all environmental, Health & Safety and other Company policies and practices are strictly adhered to, operating within the law at all times.
Display a positive attitude, supporting the Company’s reputation for excellence through high standards of personal behaviour, including appropriate dress code.
Assess own performance and effectiveness and undertake personal development activities.
Required Experience:
Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive repair
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools effectively
Excellent communication skills for teamwork and customer interaction
Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on vehicles
Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in a workshop environment
This role is being offered on a full-time permanent basis Monday to Friday with some weekend working necessary. Excellent rates of pay and development opportunities available.
