Are you an experienced Warehouse Manager, looking to develop your career and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service?
My client is a well-known brand within the food industry, with sites across the UK, they're now hiring a new member of the team here in Cornwall.
What will you be doing?
Managing a team of 15-22 staff, depending on the night of the week.
Ensuring all orders are accurately picked and presented correctly.
Planning the rota and organising holiday or sickness cover when required.
Adding value to the management team with ideas for development or continuous improvement.
Working 5 out of 6 nights between Sunday to Friday (7pm -4am).
Applicants must have prior experience within a similar role, ideally with food processing, manufacturing, or wholesale environments.
This is a nightshift job, with every Saturday off (unless you would like to work occasional Saturdays at a time and a half rate).
