Pricing:
Our aim is to find you the right person first time and this is why we only invoice after a successful hire has been made. It is also why we offer a generous rebate scheme. We charge a pre-agreed % fee based on the successful candidates salary in the first 12 months of their employment.
Fee % [for salary below 45k]: | 15.0% of salary + VAT |
Fee % [for salary over 45k]: | 17.5% of salary + VAT |
You will only be invoiced once we have found you a suitable candidate, on their first day of employment. We offer credit terms and a scaled rebate scheme whilst your new employee settles in.
