Optimised Campaign Advertising Not all job adverts are created equal! We look at everything from formatting to keyword utilisation Costs are included within your bespoke management fee
Industry & Hiring Insights We understand that sometimes you may not have all the information you need before advertising your position. We provide salary benchmarking, keyword analysis, and market anaylsis - giving you the chance to make any changes prior to going live.
CV Screening Not only do our expert consultants take time to understand the position you are hiring, they will also take time to understand your business and core company values. We check all applications ensuring they are qualified for the role, and align perfectly with your business. Any unqualified CVs will be screened, and you will only see the top applicants, saving you time and increasing the chances of a successful hire.
Dedicated Recruitment Team You will be assigned a contract manager at director level, who will act as your point of contact and help plan the initial strategy with you. You will also benefit from the depth of experience & knowledge of our team as well as our expansive talent network. Our experts have over 20 years experience recruiting for positions across all levels and sectors.
Interview Coordination We continue our candidate screening by carrying out an initial telephone interview. If you wish to proceed with your candidate(s) we organise all face to face, and remote interviews for you, for as many rounds as required.
Salary & Offer Negotiation Once you are happy with the candidate and would like to make an offer, our experts will handle the communication of your offer, facilitating any negotiations as required. Our experts have negotiated countless offers and will work to achieve an optimal outcome for both parties.
Agreed KPI's & Performance Review Together, we will set targets for number of CVs, interviews and fill rate [etc] based on your annual hiring requirements. These will always be bespoke based on the initial consultation with a director. Performance is reviewed quarterly with your contract manager.

Bespoke Testing

We offer tailored competency testing for your top candidates, ensuring they have the skills and the values to match the requirements of the role and the values of your company. We rank the candidates based on results, improving the chances of a successful hire, and providing insight into the candidate for onboarding & training.
Bespoke testing is charged outside of our monthly management fee, and a prepayment on account is required.

You will only be invoiced once we have found you a suitable candidate, on their first day of employment. We offer credit terms and a scaled rebate scheme whilst your new employee settles in.
