Optimised Campaign Advertising To get the ball rolling we will need few basic details of the position you are wanting to advertise, alongside a brief job description. As well as critical information about the role, tell us about your company, it's culture and values. Your costs covered until a successful hire is made!
Industry & Hiring Insights We understand that sometimes you may not have all the information you need before advertising your position. We provide salary benchmarking, keyword analysis, and market anaylsis - giving you the chance to make any changes prior to going live.
CV Screening Not only do our expert consultants take time to understand the position you are hiring, they will also take time to understand your business and core company values. We check all applications ensuring they are qualified for the role, and align perfectly with your business. Any unqualified CVs will be screened, and you will only see the top applicants, saving you time and increasing the chances of a successful hire.
Experienced Recruitment Expert During the hiring process we provide you with a dedicated recruitment expert, who will guide you through the process, keeping you updated at each stage. You will have access to our expert's talent and knowledge networks. Our experts have over 20 years experience recruiting for positions across all levels and sectors.
Interview Coordination We continue our candidate screening by carrying out an initial telephone interview. If you wish to proceed with your candidate(s) we organise all face to face, and remote interviews for you, for as many rounds as required.
Salary & Offer Negotiation Once you are happy with the candidate and would like to make an offer, our experts will handle the communication of your offer, facilitating any negotiations as required. Our experts have negotiated countless offers and will work to acheive an optimal outcome for both parties.

Pricing:

Our aim is to find you the right person first time and this is why we only invoice after a successful hire has been made. It is also why we offer a generous rebate scheme. We charge a pre-agreed % fee based on the successful candidates salary in the first 12 months of their employment.

Fee % [for salary below 45k]:	15.0% of salary + VAT
Fee % [for salary over 45k]:	17.5% of salary + VAT

Bespoke Testing

We offer tailored competency testing for your top candidates, ensuring they have the skills and the values to match the requirements of the role and the values of your company. We rank the candidates based on results, improving the chances of a successful hire, and providing insight into the candidate for onboarding & training.
Bespoke testing is charged outside of our usual introduction fee, and a payment on account is required.

You will only be invoiced once we have found you a suitable candidate, on their first day of employment. We offer credit terms and a scaled rebate scheme whilst your new employee settles in.
