​Have you recently graduated and looking to build a career in Administration/ Customer service, or simply looking to utilize your current skills.

We have a role supporting the Customer Service & Finance teams and making sure there is a good flow of communication.

Being offered as a temporary to permanent position, so after 10 weeks, you will transfer onto my clients books and be offered a permanent position.

Working Days: Monday - Friday 09.00 -17.00 ( 30 min lunch break)

Pay: £12.00 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Supporting day to day responsibilities of the Finance team, ensure produced invoices for work undertaken is completed accurately and on time as per the companies’ invoicing requirements.

  • Supporting Customer Service Manager

  • Quality checking instructions and invoices

  • Account Management responsibilities including assistance for customers

  • Liaise internally and externally with appropriate departments and suppliers to facilitate the customer’s requirements, both within customer expectations and internal expectations.

  • Liaising with both the Customer Service Manager and Managing Director to help organise the purchase of materials, stock and packaging to meet customer requirements.

  • Understand the estimation process and building of quotes, develop and understanding the company suppliers, pricing support winning new work.

  • Be involved in setting customer pricing and distributing to the department. Also making sure that this is implemented on order confirmations and invoices through regular reviews.

Key Skills and Personality

  • Good IT skills in Outlook, Excel, Word and Office 365.

  • Excellent customer service and account management skills.

  • Ability to handle difficult situations whist remaining calm.

  • Great team player, communication skills are key when dealing with customers and other departments.

  • Excellent organisation and time management.

  • Ability to follow internal processes.
