My client, a reputable manufacturing company near Falmouth, is looking for a skilled and autonomous individual to coordinate site maintenance and repairs within the business.
Reporting into the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for organising and carrying out routine and escalated tasks to support the engineering department.
This is a full time position, Monday to Friday, 06:45 until 15:15. With a competitive starting salary and company benefits, it's not an opportunity to miss!
What they want from you:
Previous knowledge and experience of building services and facilities management.
Knowledge of facilities regulations and building codes.
Valid UK Driving licence and Forklift licence.
Facilities maintenance experience.
IOSH & NEBOSH certificates are desirable.
If you're successful, here is what you'll be doing:
Design, install and maintain equipment and infrastructure for the site facilities.
Conduct routine building inspections, mechanical maintenance, and repair tasks including plumbing & general building.
Project management of key site tasks.
Inspect facilities and identify maintenance needs and improvements.
Package & Benefits:
£26,000 - £30,000 per annum DOE
