​We are looking for a Finance Administrator to work as part of a friendly Finance Team and in collaboration with other departments within the organisation.

 

This role is being offered on a full-time basis of 35 hours per week, however, part-time hours may also be available for the right candidate.

 

Required skills and experience:

 

    • Good numerical skills and enjoy working with numbers

    • Strong attention to detail

    • Excellent customer service, administrative and organisational skills

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel

    • Flexible and solution-driven

 

Responsibilities will Include:

 

    • Managing payment queries from our internal teams and directly from our Members

    • Managing and handling payments, direct debit instructions and refunds of insurance premiums, including cash, cheques and BACS

    • Making calls to Members to discuss late or missing payments

    • Processing invoices and setting up purchasing and claims payments

    • Handling and preparing for banking all monies received in accordance with agreed company procedures
