We are looking for a Finance Administrator to work as part of a friendly Finance Team and in collaboration with other departments within the organisation.
This role is being offered on a full-time basis of 35 hours per week, however, part-time hours may also be available for the right candidate.
Required skills and experience:
Good numerical skills and enjoy working with numbers
Strong attention to detail
Excellent customer service, administrative and organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
Flexible and solution-driven
Responsibilities will Include:
Managing payment queries from our internal teams and directly from our Members
Managing and handling payments, direct debit instructions and refunds of insurance premiums, including cash, cheques and BACS
Making calls to Members to discuss late or missing payments
Processing invoices and setting up purchasing and claims payments
Handling and preparing for banking all monies received in accordance with agreed company procedures
