Are you a Senior HR Advisor or an early career Business Partner and available for immediate work? If so, I would love to hear from you!

My client is looking for interim cover for around 3-6 months, whist they recruit permanently for an HR People Partner position.

This role will be starting immediately, working Monday - Friday 09.00-17.00 with 1 hour for lunch.

There will also be an opportunity to work on a hybrid basis, with 2 days a week working from home.

What will the interim role involve?

·       Managing a caseload, which will involve providing expert guidance to managers and supporting complex and escalated employee relations matters, alongside internal policies, and procedures.

·       Delivery of related aspects of people plans, including being responsible for implementing organisational change programmes and related activities.

·       Where required, supporting people initiatives designed to build organisational capability related to talent, performance, leadership, engagement, wellbeing, transformation and continuous improvement.

·       Other general HR duties as and when required.

About you:

·       HR Degree or CIPD level 5 qualification or similar qualification/equivalent work experience.

·       Depth & breath of experience in supporting the full range of employee relations casework at an escalated or complex level.

·       Strong working knowledge of UK employment law.

·       Experience in core business partnering.

·       Influence, tenacity and empathy; with the ability to quickly establish credibility and trusted relationships within a large and complex organisation.

·       A collaborative and flexible approach to team working.

This is a great role for somebody looking to fill a gap in work, or perhaps utilise their skills within a dynamic organisation.

If you have a keen eye for detail and are looking for a role that involves structured, process-driven tasks, we encourage you to apply!
