We are looking for a reliable and experienced Yard Supervisor to join a team on a temp-to-perm basis. If you're a hands-on leader with a proactive approach to work, this is a fantastic opportunity for you!
Offering an immediate start, full time day shifts hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily yard operations, ensuring efficiency and safety at all times.
Manage and coordinate the loading/unloading of materials.
Organise stock and maintain accurate inventory records.
Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.
Lead and motivate the yard team, ensuring high standards of performance.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, or similar supervisory role.
A valid Forklift License (essential).
Full UK Driving License is required due to the remote location.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
