​We are looking for an energetic and experienced Front of House (FOH) Manager to lead a team in Falmouth. This full-time role is perfect for someone who is passionate about customer service and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the front of house to ensure smooth and efficient service.

  • Train, mentor, and supervise FOH staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

  • Manage staff schedules and handle shift planning to ensure optimal coverage.

  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Ensure the FOH area is always clean, organized, and welcoming.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service.

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock.

  • Implement and maintain health and safety standards.

  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a FOH Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm and professional demeanor.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Familiarity with FOH management software and tools.

  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
