​Are you an experience Housekeeping Manager, looking to join a fantastic team in a great location?

This is a great opportunity for the right person, to oversee the housekeeping function of a 96-room hotel on a full-time 5-day working week.

Previous experience within a supervisory position will be essential, as well as a great understanding of the high-standards of cleanliness required in such a reputable business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all guest rooms and public areas.

  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures.

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure all rooms meet the hotel's quality standards.

  • Train and mentor housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

  • Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure the housekeeping department is fully stocked.

  • Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and exceptional guest experiences.

  • Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities and report to the senior management.

Experience required:

  • Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.

  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

  • Ability to work split shifts and flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in using housekeeping management systems and software.
